In 2011, SAFE-ID decided to start supporting a SSI program for financial support of attendance to specified CME courses.
In this program, fellows in training for ID (Assistenten (Assistants) and Oberärzte (Chefs de Clinique)) from A- and B-clinics are eligibile to apply. Priority is given to applications from A-clinics (on average one grant per A-clinic per year) over B-clinics (on average one grant for all B-clinics every other year).
